Fire extinguishers, alarms, suppression equipment, hoses/valves, and fire-rated materials or doors are distinct categories. They do not share one route because product function, construction, installation, and the competent authority can differ.
SASO scope and other authorities
SASO has issued a Technical Regulation for Fire Control Materials and Equipment. Civil Defense or other authorities may have roles in systems, facilities, or installation depending on jurisdiction, but that should not be presented as a universal product rule without official case verification.
Technical evidence
The file may include specifications, performance/safety reports, drawings, installation/maintenance instructions, marking, manufacturer, and model data. Extinguishers or pressure components also require review of vessel, pressure, and valve data where applicable.
Product versus installed system
Product conformity does not automatically approve a complete fire-system design or building installation. Separate product conformity from system design, installation, commissioning, and local-authority requirements.
